介电测量法在线测量混酸溶液中硝酸含量

摘要

根据混酸溶液中各成分含量不同，引起介电常数的不同，用介电传感器将介电常数的变化转化为电容和电阻的变化，再辅以硬、软件系统，从而实现在线分析测量。%When the components content in mixed acids is changed, the permittivity will vary. The dielectric sensor can transform the permittivity into capacitance and resistance value. The capacitance and resistance value can be measured by the hardware system equiped with software. The mathematical model is built to show the relationship between the content and capacitance & resistance value. Thus the object of on-line measurement can be achieved based on the method.
