免疫衰老及老年流感疫苗的研究进展

摘要

Immunization with influenza vaccine is an effective prophylactic strategy in preventing seasonal flu. In the elderly, the standard influenza vaccines are not as effective as in non-elderly healthy adults, since the elderly people are particularly susceptible to influenza. With the acceleration of the global aging process, it is necessary to develop novel influenza vaccines which are more effective in the elderly. This review discusses immunosenescence and the substantial progress that has been made in the influenza vaccines for elderly people.%接种流感疫苗是预防季节性流感的有效方法 .老年人是季节性流感的高危人群,但普通流感疫苗对老年人的免疫保护效果不如健康成人.随着全球老龄化进程的加快,急需研制更加有效的老年流感疫苗.本综述讨论了老年人体内的免疫衰老,以及目前在老年流感疫苗领域取得的实质性进展.
