牙周治疗对冠心病伴慢性牙周炎患者血清C反应蛋白作用的Meta分析

摘要

目的 系统评价国内外牙周治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)伴慢性牙周炎患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的作用.方法 计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、CNKI、VIP、万方等数据库,检索时限为从建库至2015年11月,收集所有关于牙周治疗对冠心病伴慢性牙周炎患者血清CRP影响的文献.对纳入研究的质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合标准的文献进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入10项研究包括920例患者,Meta分析结果 显示,与对照组相比,牙周治疗能显著降低冠心病伴慢性牙周炎患者血清CRP水平(MD=-0.86,95%CI:-1.33~-0.39,P=0.0003).结论 当前研究结果 表明,牙周治疗不仅能够改善牙周情况,还可显著改善冠心病患者炎症水平,有利于冠心病的预防和治疗.%Objective To review systematically the effect of domestic and overseas periodontal treatment on level of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated by chronic periodontitis.Methods The databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CNKI, VIP and WanFang Database were retrieved with computer from database establishing time to Nov. 2015 for collecting all literature about the effect of periodontal treatment on level of serum CRP in patients with CHD complicated by chronic periodontitis. The quality of the included studies was critically reviewed and data was extracted. The eligible literature was given a Meta-analysis.Results There were totally 10 studies included involving 920 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that periodontal treatment decreased significantly the level of serum CRP in patient group compared with control group (MD=-0.86, 95%CI: -1.33~ -0.39, P=0.0003).Conclusion The current studies indicate that periodontal treatment can not only improve periodontal condition, but also reduce significantly the level of inflammation in CHD patients, which is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of CHD.
