基于ADAMS的IHI摆式飞剪剪切机构特性分析与优化

         

摘要

In order to explore the properties and the optimization method of IHI flying shear mechanism, This paper analyzed the structure and working principle of IHI flying shear mechanism. The analytic method formula of the position of shear mechanism through numerical method was deduced and the initial position of the shear mechanism was calculated. The reappearance of the movement process of flying shear occurred in simulation analysis based on the rod model of flying shear mechanism which was established by using the ADAMS dynamics analysis software. And the shear blade motion trajectory, velocity curves and shear edge opening curves were obtained from it. According to the analysis results, the structure can be optimized through the software of ADAMS. The optimization results improve the problems of ahead and lag of the cutting speed in the cutting process which is beneficial to the shearing process and rolling process. Analysis and optimization results of ADAMS have practical application value for the structure design and transformation of IHI flying shear mechanism.%为探究IHI摆式飞剪剪切机构特性及优化方法,分析了IHI摆式飞剪剪切机构的结构组成和工作原理,通过数值方法推导了剪切机构几何位置的解析法公式,计算出剪切机构初始位置.基于ADAMS动力学分析软件,建立飞剪剪切机构的机构杆件模型.仿真分析再现了飞剪的运动过程,得到剪切机构上、下剪刃的运动轨迹,速度变化曲线,剪刃开口度变化曲线和剪切过程中详细数据值.针对分析结果,利用ADAMS进行结构优化设计.优化结果改进了飞剪剪切过程中的速度超前和滞后问题,有利于剪切过程以及轧制工艺.基于ADAMS的分析方法与优化结果对IHI飞剪剪切机构的结构设计与改造具有实际运用价值.
