盘形悬式瓷绝缘子钢脚结构的尺寸优化

     

摘要

对绝缘子各部分的应力求解能够清楚地了解到绝缘子的结构性能,优化它的各部分形状对于降低高压输电线路的工程造价具有重要的意义.根据盘形悬式瓷绝缘子轴对称结构的特点以及轴向拉伸载荷的性质,将其转换为二维问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对其进行静力分析,并在此基础上提取结果建立优化参数,以钢脚的体积作为目标函数对绝缘子进行尺寸优化设计.结果显示每一设计参数以及钢脚的体积都有适量的减小,通过计算得到每只钢脚节约的钢材使用量为25.12 g.因此,对绝缘子进行分析和优化具有很重要的意义,不仅验证了结构的合理性,同时也使得钢脚的体积减小,为企业节省了可观的原材料,取得很好的经济效益.%Solution to the stress of each part of insulators leads to understand of structural performance, and the optimization for each part plays an important role in reducing the construction cost of high-voltage transmission line, this article converted it into a two dimensional problem based on feature of axisymmetric structure of ceramic cap and pin insulator and the nature of axial tension load and the statically analysis was made by ANSYS. On this basis, the results were extracted to establish optimization parameter and made dimension optimization design for the insulator using pin volume as the objective function, the results show that each design parameter and pin volume are reduced slightly, through calculation, the saved steel products consumption each pin is 25. 12 g; therefore, it is significant to analyze and optimize insulators, not only verifying structural rationality, but also reducing pin volume, saving considerable raw material and thereby obtaining good economic benefit.
