强夯机臂架应力测试与结构优化

             

摘要

Focused on solving problems of insufficient strength, stress concentration and materials consumption under complicated working conditions, based on the principle and method of FEM, and the NX platform, the FEA model of the dynamic compaction machinery was established. After determining the workloads and constraints, the stress and displacement contours under multiple harsh load cases were obtained. Furthermore, structure of its boom was optimized by taking Optistruct as the solver. The experiment result indicates that the difference between the test data on the 15 test points obtained from the strain transducers and the data obtained from FEA is less than 15%; besides, the optimized structure fulfills the security requirements and its load distribution is more reasonable, with a 6. 42% and 12. 48% reduction in maximum displace and stress respectively as well as a 2. 38% reduction in material consumption.%针对强夯机臂架在复杂工况下结构强度冗余、应力集中、材料耗损大等问题,利用有限元的原理和方法,基于NX平台,建立某型号强夯机模型,确定工作载荷,得到臂架结构多个恶劣工况下变形和应力分析云图;以Optistruct为优化解算器,对臂架结构进行多工况下的优化设计.实验结果表明,运用应变电测方法的15个测点获得的实验数据与有限元分析结果误差值小于15%.优化结果满足安全性要求,优化后臂架载荷分布更加合理,最大位移和应力分别减小6.42%和12.48%,节省材料2.38%.
