布鲁菌病治疗的研究进展

摘要

布鲁菌病(简称布病)是由布鲁菌感染引起的一种人畜共患病,通过消化道、呼吸道及受损皮肤或黏膜感染患病,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势.综合近年来的文献报道,文中对急、慢性期布病,布病并发症,儿童布病,妊娠期布病,布病合并肝肾损伤及免疫抑制剂治疗做出总结.%Brucellosis is a zoonosis caused by Brucella infection, through digestive tract, respiratory tract and damaged skin or mucous membrane infection, and in recent years its incidence is on the rise. Based on the literature published in recent years, this article summarized the treatment of acute and chronic period brucellosis, brucellosis complications, brucellosis in children, brucellosis during pregnancy, brucellosis with liver and kidney injury and immunosuppressant treatment.
