基于复自然谐振的无芯RFID标签的设计

     

摘要

A design of chipless RFID tag based on complex natural resonance is proposed. The tag consists of two metallic patches loaded with multiple slot resonators. Two groups of slots double the number of data bits within the UWB band without increasing the mutual coupling A coding capacity of 12 bits is obtained within a size of 35 mm× 33 mm. RCS curve and pole diagram have been given by simulation. Transmission coefficient S21 and pole diagram are measured.The agreement between the simulation and measurement validates this new concept of design. This tag has high data capacity and low cost and can be directly printed on product because it needs only one conductive layer.%基于复自然谐振的无芯RFID标签由两个梯形贴片组成,两组谐振频率邻近的缝隙谐振器分别加载在两个贴片上。标签在UWB频段数据容量提高了一倍而不增加互耦,在35 mm×33 mm的合理尺寸内可编12位数据。仿真得到标签的RCS曲线和极点分布图;实测得到传输系数S21和极点分布图。实测和仿真结果一致,验证了本设计的合理性。标签成本低数据率高,只有一个导电层,可以直接印刷在ID卡甚至纸张上面。
