Ka频段高功率超窄带带通滤波器设计

     

摘要

针对某型号设备需要,设计了一种Ka频段高功率、超窄带滤波器,采用圆波导高次模结构,利用耦合矩阵系数法,结合三维电磁场仿真对滤波器进行了分析,优化出结构尺寸,给出了该滤波器的仿真结果,并对该滤波器在常压和真空环境下所能承受的功率进行了近似分析,最终设计了一款相对带宽约0.1%的Ka频段高功率超窄带带通滤波器,经过调试,整个通带插入损耗小于0.4 dB,带内驻波小于1.25,带内平坦度小于0.2 dB,与仿真计算结果基本一致。%A kind of high power super narrow-band pass-band filter in Ka band has been designed by matrix theory analysis and 3D EM simulating high-mode for some system needs in this text. The relative band of the filter is 0.1%and max insert-loss 0.4 dB,VSWR 1.25,flatness in band 0.2 dB. The sample has been produced according to the dimension of simulating,and assembled and adjusted. The power capacity of the filter has been analyzed simply in normal atmosphere and in vacuum. At last,the result of measuring is the same with simulating entirely and comes to our expect.
