基于STM32F205的互感器校验仪自动检定装置研究

     

摘要

为自动检定互感器校验仪,特此研制一套互感器校验仪自动检定装置.采用STM32F205为核心处理器,0.05级标准信号源实现比例电源信号输出,利用两级高精度精密互感器对其隔离输出,另外,配套的全自动软件系统实现自动检定和数据自动处理.测试结果表明:该装置信号源幅值输出的最低准确度为0.025%,稳定度0.0294%,均满足设计要求,相位输出也同样满足;装置能够完成自动检定,测试数据满足置数范围且能够达到0.05级的准确级.%In order to achieve an automatic verification of transformer calibrator,a set of automatic verification device of transformer calibrator was developed. The device uses STM32F205 as the core processor, and a 0. 05 standard signal source to achieve proportional power signal output,then the two high-precision transformers isolate the output. In addition,the supporting automatic software system can achieve automatic verification and automatic data process. The test shows that the minimum accuracy of the amplitude output of the signal source is 0. 025%, the minimum stability is 0.0294%,which meets the design requirements,and the phase output is also satisfied;the verification device can complete the automatic verification,fulfill the range of the transformer calibrator,and reach the accuracy of 0.05 level.
