基于0.8 μm 40 V BCD工艺,设计并实现了一款可工作于±15 V电源电压的四通道12 bit数模转换器.电路由寄存器、R-2R电阻阵列和接成单位增益模式的运算放大器构成.实测结果显示,VDD=+15 V,VSS=-15 V,VLOGIC=+5 V,VREFH=+10 V,VREFL=-10 V,负载RL=2 kΩ,CL=100 pF时,DAC的输出摆幅为-10 V~+10 V,微分非线性(DNL)指标为±1.2 LSB,积分非线性(INL)指标为±1.5 LSB.%Based on 0.8 μm 40 V BCD process,a quad 12-bit digital to analog converter with ± 15 V supplies is designed. The DAC consists of a resistor array,registers and amplifiers. The measurement results show that the output voltage swing of DAC is-10 V~+10 V,the DNLs are less than 0.5 LSB and the DNLs are less than 1 LSB, when VDD=+15 V,VSS=-15 V,VLOGIC=+5 V,VREFH=+10 V,VREFL=-10 V,RL=2 kΩ,CL=100 pF.
