目的：随着我国疫苗产业的发展，国产疫苗已能够满足全部免疫规划需求。我国疫苗监管体系不断完善，疫苗监管能力已获得世界卫生组织（ WHO）的认可。然而，2013年末连续出现的疫苗偶合风险报道偏差，暴露出媒体报道缺乏科学精神、盲目质量恐慌威胁公共安全、接种异常的补偿机制不健全、现有产业基础不利于质量提升等深层次问题。建议从做好风险沟通，完善补偿救济，优化产业结构和建立监管长效机制等方面入手，进一步促进我国疫苗产业发展，提升质量安全保障水平。%Since reform and opening up, domestic vaccine has been able to meet the whole needs of the immunization program in China due to the rapid development of the vaccine industry.Meanwhile, the regulatory system has made remarkable achievements, whose ability of vaccine regulatory is approved by WHO.However, coupled vaccine risks have been biased reported and magnified sine the end of last year, which reveals the deep issues such as the lack of scientific spirits of the media , the threat to public safety which may raised by the blind quality panic, the uncompleted compensation mechanism, and the lack of incentives to quality pro-motion embedded in the industrial bases.In order to further promote vaccine industrial development and protect vaccine safety , we need to improve risk communication and compensation benefits , optimize the industrial structure and establish a long-term supervi-sion mechanism.
