Disulfuram-like reaction is a kind of discomfort or poisoning reaction which arises when alcohol is administered concomitant with the other drugs like cephalosporins , causing by accumulation of acetaldehyde , mainly shows facial flushing , headache , abdominal pain, sweating, palpitations, shortness of breath and other symptoms , and even induces shock or death.This article summarized and ana-lyzed drug disulfiram-like reactions , and also investigated research on the causes , put forward some countermeasures for prevention and treatment of drug disulfiram-like reactions.%药物双硫仑样反应是由于应用药物（如头孢菌素类药物）后饮用含有酒精的饮品（或接触酒精），导致体内“乙醛蓄积”而引起的不适反应或中毒反应，主要表现为面部潮红、头痛、腹痛、出汗、心悸、呼吸困难等症状，甚至诱发休克或死亡。本文拟通过汇总分析药物双硫仑样反应文献，研究探讨其发生原因，提出预防和治疗药物双硫仑样反应的对策。
