乳腺癌治疗的进展使得越来越多的新型药物涌现用于临床实践.针对不同的患者采用分类治疗的策略,选择合适的药物治疗可以最大限度的保证患者的临床获益,体现合理用药的原则.来自国际多中心大型,临床研究的循证医学证据为合理用药提供了依据,因此在乳腺癌药物治疗领域应遵循指南,同时兼顾患者的具体病情给予合理规范的个体化治疗.%More and more new effective drugs have been used in treatment of breast cancer. To guarantee the maximum clinical benefit of patients and realize rational medication, it is necessary to perform classificatory therapy strategy and select rational drugs to different patients with different risk and stages. The evidence from global multi-center clinical trials provided basis of rational medication. During the process of therapy of breast cancer we should comply with guideline and consider individual therapy for patients with different risk and disease stage.
