银屑病生物制剂及小分子抑制药治疗研究进展

[ABSTRACT]With the deepening of the research on the pathogenesis of psoriasis, biological agents and small-molecule inhibitors are widely used in recent years because of its inhibition of the release of inflammatory factors, promoting the antiinlfammatory cytokine, and then from immune link to inhibit the action of the psoriasis. This article from the perspective of biological agents and small-molecule inhibitors treatment, the clinical research progress of drugs was summarized in order to offer the guiding basis for its clinical applications.%随着对银屑病发病机制研究的不断深入，近年来生物制剂及小分子抑制剂因其可抑制银屑病的关键发病环节而逐渐被广泛使用。本文从生物制剂及小分子抑制剂治疗的角度，对其临床相关药物的研究进展进行整理总结，为其临床应用提供依据。
