5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法的原理、应用及不良反应研究进展

5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy is a new treatment in dermatology. The mechanism of the treatment is that the photosensitizer 5-aminolevulinic acid accumulates in the target tissue and absorbs light of a certain wavelength, which will directly lead to cell and tissue damage. At present, 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in dermatology is well documented for the treatment of neoplastic dermatoses, inlfammatory dermatoses, and cosmetic dermatology. So far the proven advantages of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic include good efifcacy and safety, well tolerance and excellent cosmetic outcome. The indications of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy will be applied widely in future.%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法是近年来新兴的一种治疗方法，其原理为外敷光敏药物5-氨基酮戊酸后，能够被病变组织选择性吸收，应用特定波长的光照射后发生氧化杀伤作用，使病变组织坏死脱落。目前该治疗在皮肤科的应用涉及肿瘤性皮肤病、感染性皮肤病、皮肤美容等多个领域。其具有疗效好、安全性高、患者耐受性好等诸多优势，能够达到较好的治疗和美容效果，具有广阔的应用前景。
