Duchenne型肌营养不良患儿认知功能损害的研究进展

摘要

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a X-linked hereditary neuromuscular disorder. About 1/3 of DMD patients have cognitive impairment. Recent years, the central nervous system impairment and gene mutation are recognized as causes of cognitive impairment in DMD patients. The author reviews the recent advances in the cognitive impairment of DMD.%杜氏肌营养不良(Duchenne muscular dystrophy，DMD)是一种X染色体连锁隐性遗传的神经肌肉疾病，约有1/3的患者存在认知功能损害。近年来研究发现，DMD患者认知功能损害与中枢神经系统改变以及基因突变的位置有关，笔者就DMD认知功能障碍及其机制的研究进展作一综述。
