多发空肠脂肪瘤致成人肠套叠的诊断与治疗

成人肠套叠是一种较为少见的疾病,其诊断与治疗较为棘手.成人肠套叠的患者通常都有良性或恶性的器质性病变作为原发疾病.小肠脂肪瘤较为罕见且通常在其引起肠套叠之后被发现.201 1年12月第二军医大学长海医院收治1例由多发性空肠脂肪瘤引起的成人肠套叠患者,其CT检查表现为环状低密度区呈靶形征.成人肠套叠的治疗应严格按照诊断与治疗流程进行,方可避免不当治疗引起的不良后果.%Adult intussusception is an unusual and challenging disease in clinical practice.There is usually a primary disease in adult intussusception,both malignant and benign.Small intestinal lipoma is rare and is mostly found when it cause intussusception.In December 2011,an adult patients with intussusception caused by multiple jejunal lipomas was admitted to the Changhai Hospital of Second Military Medical University.The results of computed tomography showed a distinct " target sign" with circle area of thick low density.Adult intussusception should be treated scrupulously according to certain diagnosis and treatment procedures.
