血管回声跟踪技术对2型糖尿病患者足背动脉硬化的早期评价

             

摘要

Objective To apply echo tracking technique in the evaluation of early dorsalis pedis artery sclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Forty healthy subjects ( healthy control group ) and forty type 2 DM patients (DM group) were enrolled in this study. All objects of study had been checked by conventional high frequency ultra -sound to rule out intima media thickening and the formation of plaque , and the echo tracking technique was used to test arterial elasticity parameters , including arterial stiffness (β) , pressure strain elastic modulus ( Ep) , arterial compliance ( AC) and pulse wave conducting velocity (PWVβ) , the vascular elasticity of dorsalis pedis artery were observed . Results Compared with the healthy control group , the β, Ep and PWVβ were higher significantly in the DM group ( P < 0. 05 ) which werern14.55+4.90 vs 11.18 ±4.24, (199.08 ±69.68)kPa vs(139.18 ±53.32)kPa, (8.49 ±1.58) m/s vs(7.12 ± 1. 36)m/srnrespectively, AC was significantly lower in the DM group ( P < 0. 05 ) , which were (0. 08 ± 0. 05 ) mm /kPa and (0. 10 ± 0.04) mm /kPa respectively. Conclusion Echo tracking imaging technology is a convenient and non invasive method which can be used to evaluate early dorsalis pedis artery atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.%目的 应用血管回声跟踪技术评价2型糖尿病患者足背动脉早期硬化情况.方法 2型糖尿病患者40例(糖尿病组)和健康体检者40例(健康对照组),应用血管回声跟踪技术检测其足背动脉血管弹性指标:僵硬度(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),比较2组足背动脉血管弹性改变.结果 与健康对照组比较,糖尿病组足背动脉β、Ep、PWVβ均增高,分别为14.55±4.90和11.18±4.24、(199.08±69.68)kPa和(139.18±53.32)kPa、(8.49±1.58)m/s和(7.12±1.36)m/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而AC值降低,分别为(0.08±0.05)mm2/kPa和(0.10±0.04)mm2/kPa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血管回声跟踪技术能够快速、无创地评价2型糖尿病患者足背动脉早期硬化.
