Objective To investigate the relationship between the state of inflammation and chronic kidney disease (CKD).Methods From December 2013 to August 2014, investigated population of Moyu County in Xinjiang Uygur ( n =3 418) , including 198 cases of patients with CKD,as the CKD group;health examination of 1 512 cases, and randomly se-lected 194 healthy cases from them as the control group.Routine examination of all subjects, questionnaire survey and deter-mination of IL-6 and TNF-alpha, TGF-beta, hs-CRP inflammatory markers were performed.Results In the CKD group, body mass, waist circumference, hip circumference, TG, TC, DBP, SBP, BMI were higher than those of healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05),eGFR was lower than that of the normal control group ( P <0.05). CKD group’ s IL-6, hs-CRP, TNF-alpha, TGF-beta level were higher than those in healthy control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Correlation analysis showed that eGFR was negatively correlated with IL-6,body weight and BMI in CKD group( B =-0.082,-1.540,3.688, P <0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha, TGF-beta and inflammatory cytokines may be involved in the occurrence and development of chronic kidney dis-ease, so control body weight, improve metabolism, control blood pressure, monitor and mitigate micro inflammatory level to improve the prognosis of patients with CKD also has important significance.%目的：探讨微炎性反应状态与慢性肾脏病（ CKD ）的相关性。方法2013年12月—2014年8月调查新疆墨玉县维吾尔族人群3418名，其中CKD患者198例，作为CKD组；健康体检者1512名，随机抽取194名为健康对照组。对所有的研究对象进行常规体检、问卷调查及检测IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β、hs-CRP等炎性指标。结果 CKD组体质量、腰围、臀围、TG、TC、DBP、SBP、BMI均大于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P均＜0．05），eGFR低于健康对照组（ P ＜0．05）。 CKD组IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、TGF-β水平均高于健康对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P均＜0．05）。相关性分析表明，CKD组患者eGFR与IL-6、体质量、BMI均呈负相关（ B ＝－0．802、－1．540、－3．688， P ＜0．05）。结论 hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β等炎性因子可能参与慢性肾脏病的发生与进展，因此临床中除控制体质量、改善代谢、控制血压，监测并减轻患者体内微炎性程度水平对改善CKD预后同样有重要意义。
