Objective To compare estrogen (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and endometrial thickness effects of tibolone and Kuntai capsules on menopausal syndrome .Methods Selection of 78 cases of menopausal syndrome in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology , Erdos Central Hospital, Kangbashi from June 2014 to May 2015, according to the lottery method, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , each group of 39 cases.Test group was treated with Kuntai capsules, 4 grains /time, 3 times daily; and the control group with oral administration for tibolone tablets, 2.5 mg, once a day, a course of 3 months.Observe the 2 groups of patients with different time Kupperman score (KI) situation, compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of 3 months levels of sex hormone and serum lip -id levels and endometrial thickness and after treatment of clinical curative effect .Results After treatment, in the test group, the total effective rate was 92.31% (36 /39), which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 71.80% (28 /39), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.571, P <0.05).Before treatment, the differences in KI scores be-tween two groups of patients showed no statistical significance ( P >0.05); 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after treatment, KI scores of two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment (test group: F =944.47,control group: F =877.17, P <0.01), but patients in the two groups after treatment 's KI score's differences were not statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclusion The Kuntai capsules and tibolone can improve climacteric syndrome in patients with clinical symp -toms and estradiol levels, but the Kuntai capsules is more effective than tibolone .%目的：比较替勃龙和坤泰胶囊治疗更年期综合征的疗效及其对雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）和子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2015年5月鄂尔多斯市中心医院康巴什部妇产科收治的更年期综合征患者78例，根据抽签法随机分为试验组和对照组，每组39例。试验组口服坤泰胶囊，4粒／次，3次／d；对照组口服替勃龙片，2．5 mg／次，1次／d，疗程均为3个月。观察2组患者不同时间段库伯曼法评分（Kupperman，KI）情况，比较2组患者治疗前和治疗后3个月的性激素水平、血脂水平和子宫内膜厚度以及治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后，试验组的总有效率为92．31％（36／39），明显高于对照组的71．80％（28／39），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．571， P ＜0．05）。治疗前，2组患者的 KI 评分差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月，2组患者的 KI 评分较治疗前均明显降低（试验组： F ＝944．47，对照组： F ＝877．17， P ＜0．01），但2组患者在治疗后同时点 KI 评分比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。试验组治疗3个月后的 E2高于对照组，差异有统计学意义[（69．32±4．32）pmol ／L vs．（61．87±4．31）pmol／L， t ＝7．624， P ＜0．01]；试验组的 FSH 和子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。试验组治疗3个月后，三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）均低于对照组[（1．41±0．11）mmol／L、（5．01±0．37）mmol／L、（3．02±0．24）mmol／L vs．（2．08±0．14）mmol ／L、（5．59±0．42）mmol／L、（3．61±0．31）mmol／L]，而 HDL－C 高于对照组[（1．87±0．15）mmol／L vs．（1．22±0．12）mmol ／L]，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（ t ＝2．371、6．471、9．398、21．132， P ＜0．05， P ＜0．01）。结论坤泰胶囊和替勃龙均能改善更年期综合征患者的临床症状和雌二醇水平，但坤泰胶囊较替勃龙更为有效。
