高乳酸血症的病因及治疗研究进展

危重症患者血清中的乳酸水平是疾病严重程度的重要指标,也是启动治疗的依据.因此临床医生必需熟知造成乳酸升高的病因并给予病因治疗.本文就高乳酸水平的发病机制,病因以及治疗手段等做一综述.%Lactic acid levels in critically ill patients are an important indicator of disease severity and are the basis for initiation of treatment.Clinicians must therefore be familiar with the causes of elevated lactic acid and give cause for treatment.The article reviews the pathogenesis,etiology and treatment of high lactate level.
