Objective To analyze the correlation of insulin resistance (IR) with abnormal lipid metabolism in the residents of Ningxia rural area. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used in this study. Totally 1612 people from a Hui village and a Han village of Wuzhong and Guyuan respectively were enrolled. The physical examination and biochemical determination were performed for all of the subjects. Results There existed a significant difference in the Fins, HDL-C, and LDL-C levels between Hui and Han residents (P<0. 05), but no significant difference in FBG, TC, and TG levels {P>0. 05). Logistic regression analysis on the risk factors of IR showed that IR was closely correlated with the TG and FBG levels. Conclusion A significant difference of IR exists in different nations and genders. IR is positively correlated with age and closely correlated with the TG and FBG levels.%目的 分析宁夏农村居民1R和脂代谢异常之间的相关性.方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,在吴忠市和固原市各抽取一个回族村和汉族村,共调查回、汉族居民1612人,所有调查对象均进行体格检查及生化指标的测定.结果 Flns、HDL-C、LDL-C在回、汉族间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FBG、TC、TG差异无统计意义(P>0.05).对IR危险因素的Logistic回归分析显示,IR与TG、FBG关系密切.结论 IR在不同民族、性别间存在较大差异,与年龄呈正相关,与TG、FBG关系密切.
