Objective To study the therapeutic effects of compound Chinese medicine on developing vitiligo among three groups, and then to choose a better therapeutic schedule. Methods 147 cases in these three groups were followed once a month for a period of three months, and 60 valid cases were analyzed. Results Wind and blood strangling syndrome were common in the developing vitiligo cases. The total effective rate of TCM therapy for developing vitiligo was 70.00％. There was no statistical difference among these three groups. However, the results of different parts on the body showed different effective rate. The facial treatment efficiency was 93.75％, while the acra treatment efficiency was zero. Conclusion Three kinds of compound Chinese medicine therapy take good curative effect on developing vitiligo.%目的 观察三组复方中药治疗进展期白癜风的临床疗效,优选治疗方案.方法 对入组的147例病例中医辨证后选方观察疗效,每月复诊1次,3个月为1个疗程,对完成的60例有效病例进行分析.结果 进展期白癜风以风血相搏证多见,中医治疗进展期白癜风有效率为70.00%,三组中药控制进展期白癜风无统计学差异,不同部位疗效不同,面部治疗有效率达到93.75%,而肢端治疗有效率为0.00%.结论 三种复方中药治疗进展期白癜风有较好疗效.
