Objective To observe influence of seven white cream on guinea pigs pigmentation models induced by ultraviolet B (UVB). Methods NB-UVB induced pigmentation animal models. After establishing models, the areas of pigmentation were divided into four groups: traditional Chinese herb seven white cream group, 2% hydroquinone group, largehead atractylodes rhizome group and single matrix group, and then coated them on corresponding lesions. After treamtment for four weeks, the efficacy of the tested drug was evaluated comprehensively by such measures as melanin index, melanocyte, melanin as well as the histopathology of skin. Results It showed that the tested drug could greatly decrease the level of melanin index, restrain the activity of melanocyte, reduce the generation of melanin, and relieve pigmentation caused by UVB. Conclusion Seven white cream has obvious treatment function to NB-UVB-induced pigmentation, and it possible mechanisms are inhibiting the proliferation of melanocytes and decreasing melanin generation.%目的 探讨经方七白膏对中波紫外线(ultravioletB,UVB)诱导的色素沉着豚鼠模型的影响.方法 紫外线光疗仪诱导建立色素沉着豚鼠模型.建模成功后,将豚鼠背部色素沉着区域分为七白膏组、2%氢醌乳膏组、白术单体组和单基质乳膏组4个相离的区域,分别外涂药膏于相应的皮损区.外用药物治疗4周后,对各组皮肤进行黑色素指数、黑素颗粒、黑素细胞以及皮肤组织病理学检查观察药物的疗效和安全性.结果 外用七白膏可显著降低皮肤黑色素指数水平,抑制黑素细胞活性,减少黑素生成,缓解UVB所致的皮肤色素沉着.结论 经方七白膏对UVB诱导的豚鼠皮肤色素沉着有明显的改善作用,其可能的作用机制是在一定程度上抑制黑素细胞增殖,减少黑素的生物生成.
