祛风止痒保健茶辅助治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Zhiyang health tea in the adjuvant treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Eighty cases of well-diagnosed chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were administrated with Astragalus membranaceus,atractylodes,wind,schisandra,oolong tea and levocetirizine,and the control group used same without oolong tea.Activity score Urticaria (UAS) and clinical efficacy were summarized at 8 and 4 weeks respectively after treatment,and the recurrence rate of patients was analyzed after 24 weeks.Results After 4 weeks,8 weeks,the UAS score in both treatment and control group was significantly lower than before (P＜0.05),but no significant differences were found between the two groups.After 8 weeks of treatment,itching in the treatment group was lower than the control group(t=2.402,P＜0.05).The efficient rate in treatment group was 95.6％,which was significantly higher than that of control group (88.9％).The statistical results were significant (X2=5.011,P＜0.05).After 24 weeks of follow-up,2 cases of patients were relapsing in treatment group,in comparison with 8 cases relapsing in the control group.Conclusion The Qufeng Zhiyang health tea included oolong tea could improve the clinical curative effect of chronic urticaria,suppress itching and reduce recurrence.%目的 评价一种祛风止痒保健茶组方对慢性荨麻疹的辅助治疗效果与安全性.方法 80例临床确诊的慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组应用含有黄芪、白术、防风、五味子、乌龙茶的保健茶和左西替利嗪治疗;对照组使用黄芪、白术、防风、五味子配合左西替利嗪治疗.分别于治疗后4周和8周总结荨麻疹活动性评分(Urticariaactivity score,UAS)和临床疗效等;并于24周后随访痊愈患者的复发率.结果 4周、8周后治疗组和对照组UAS评分均比治疗前有明显下降(P＜0.05),但2组之间没有明显的差别.治疗8周后治疗组瘙痒程度较对照组减轻(t=2.402,P＜0.05).治疗组有效率为95.2％,明显高于对照组88.9％,其结果差异有统计学意义(x2=5.011,P＜0.05).24周后随访,治愈患者中治疗组2例复发,对照组8例复发.结论 包含乌龙茶成分的祛风止痒保健茶能提高慢性荨麻疹的临床治疗效果,有一定的止痒和减少复发的作用.
