系统性红斑狼疮患者bcl-2及Fas、Fas配体表达与淋巴细胞凋亡的关系

摘要

Objective To study the relationship between bcl-2 , Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) and the role of them in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Method Flow cytometry was used. Results Apoptosis of peripheral lymphocytes was significantly increased in SLE patients than that of normal controls(P<0.01) and patients with other skin diseases(P<0.05) ; the expression of bcl-2 antigen was significantly decreased compared with those of normal controls and patients with other skin diseases(P<0.01);whereas the differences of Fas and FasL expression among the three groups were not significant. Conclusions Increased apoptosis of peripheral lymphocytes may be related to the pathogenesis of SLE, and decreased bcl-2 antigen rather than Fas/FasL route may be more important for the increased apoptosis of peripheral lymphocytes.%目的对SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率以及凋亡调控基因表达蛋白bcl-2、Fas抗原和Fas配体进行分析,以进一步探讨其在SLE发病中的作用及相互关系。方法应用流式细胞仪检测。结果SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率明显高于正常人(P<0.01)和其他疾病患者(P<0.05):bcl-2抗原表达显著低于正常人和其他疾病患者(P<0.01),而Fas抗原、Fas配体表达三组间无明显差异。结论SLE患者体内淋巴细胞凋亡的明显增加可能与其发病有关,而bcl-2对淋巴细胞凋亡抑制作用的减弱可能较Fas/Fas配体诱导促进淋巴细胞的凋亡更为重要。
