脓毒症肝损伤的研究进展

摘要

Acute liver injury induced by sepsis is one manifestation of sepsis -induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome , which often indicates the severity of illness .This article reviews the current research about the incidence , clinical manifestation prognosis , pathological characteristics , pathogenesis and treatment measures of sepsis -induced liver injury .%脓毒症急性肝损伤是脓毒症多器官功能障碍的表现之一。当出现肝损伤时，往往提示病情危重。本文就脓毒症肝损伤的发病率、临床表现、预后、病理特点、发病机制及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
