感染性休克临床治疗的研究进展

摘要

感染性休克是急诊临床工作中多见和治疗较困难的一类休克。近年来，抗感染治疗和器官功能支持技术取得了长足的进步，但严重感染的死亡率仍高达30％～70％。随着感染性休克的研究越来越深入，其临床治疗原则与方法有较大的变化与发展。本文试就当前感染性休克临床治疗的研究新进展做一综述，希望为临床工作提供参考。%Septic shock is a quite common critical shock in clinical work in emergency department.In recent years,anti -infection therapies and organ support technologies have made considerable progress, but the fatality rate of severe infection is as high as 30% ~70%.As the expanding understanding on septic shock by a large number of investigations, the clinical treatment principles and methods changed and developed a lot accordingly.This paper tries to do a review on the current new study of clinical treatment of septic shock, hoping to provide reference for clinical work.
