体检中心首诊护士职业素质和沟通能力的培养

         

摘要

目的:通过体检中心首诊护士职业素质和沟通能力的培养,提供人性化、优质健康体检服务。方法培养良好的心态;培养扎实的体检知识、技能、礼仪,规范文明用语;变被动服务为主动服务;培养灵活的组织协调和应变能力。结果经过收集调查结果,对首诊护士服务的满意度达到95%以上。结论只有不断地提高首诊护士各种能力,赢得服务信任,才能赢得市场,为医院带来更大的社会效益和经济效益,为人们带来健康。%Objective To cultivate occupational qualities and communication competence of initial diagnosis nurses at physical exam ina-tion center so as to provide hum anized and good quality physical examination service.Methods G ood attitudes were developed.Solid physi-cal examination know ledge,skills,and etiquettes were cultivated.C ivilized words were regulated.Passive service turned to be positive service. Flexible organization and coordination and strain capacity were developed.Results After collecting the survey results,it was found that the degree of satisfaction for initial diagnosis nurse service reached 95% .Conclusion Only by continuously improve various capabilities of ini-tial diagnosis nurses canwewin the service trust,win the market share,so as to bring greater social and economic benefits for the sanatori-um ,and bring health for people.
