高原基层军官的健康状态及健康管理措施

摘要

目的：通过对来院疗养的某部驻藏高原优秀基层军官进行全面健康检查，了解常年驻守高海拔地区基层军官的健康状况，为制定针对性健康管理措施提供实证依据。方法整群抽取2010-2011年来我院疗养休整的某部驻藏高原优秀基层军官疗养团44人，通过健康体检、超高倍显微仪( MDI )健康评估及相关心理测试，充分了解他们的健康状态，同时给予针对性的健康管理。结果综合分析：44名优秀基层军官中，未有人处于临床确切诊断的已病状态；但大部分人存在一种或多种亚健康状态。结论高原基层军官常年驻守在祖国的高寒边疆，担负着国门安全重任，生活条件艰苦、工作压力大，许多人的健康状态已出现潜在危机。健康管理措施应注重健康促进，把重大疾病早期预警和诊断、疾病危险因素早期干预放在首位。%Objective T o understand the health status of the basic-level officers perennially stationed on plateau and provide solid evi-dence for form ulating pertinent health m anagem ent m easures by m eans of full health check for excellent basic-level officers stationed on T i-betan plateau w ho w ere in recuperation at our sanatorium .Methods 44 excellent basic-level officers stationed on T ibetan plateau w ho w ere in recuperation at our sanatorium during 2010 and 2011 w ere clustering extracted to com pletely exam ine their health status and accept perti-nent health m anagem ent through physical exam ination ,ultrahigh M D I health assessm ent,and related psychological tests.Results C om pre-hensive analysis show ed am ong the 44 excellent basic-level officers,no one w as in the clinically diagnosed disease state,but m ost of them w ere in one or various sub-health status.Conclusion B asic-level officers on plateau are perennially stationed at high cold borderland of our country,shouldering the heavy responsibility of national security,living in poor conditions w ith high w ork stress,any of them have poten-tial crisis in their health status.H ealth m anagem ent m easures should em phasize health prom otion,and put in the first place of early w arning and diagnosis of serious diseases and early intervention for disease hazards.
