Objective To explore the role of nurses in safe m edication m anagem ent.Methods The w orkflow of the nurses at vari-ous sections w as tracked and the role of nurses in pharm aceutical reception and distribution w as analyzed.Results N urses play a coor-dinating role in physicians,pharm acists and convalescents.Conclusion The prom otion of nurses' professional attitude can help ensure the safety of m edication use at sanatorium .%　　目的探讨护士在安全用药管理中的作用。方法跟踪各科室护士工作流程，分析护士在药品领取和配送等环节中的作用。结果护士在医生、药剂师和疗养员三者中发挥协调的作用。结论护士的专业态度得到提高，促使疗养院用药安全质量得到保障。
