Objective To observe the clinical effects of fum igation w ith Mongolian m edicine of H arulaqi and rehabilitation diaplasis to treat lum bar intervertebral disc herniation .Methods W ith the m ethod of clinical random ized controlled ,200 sufferers w ith lum bar interverte-bral disc herniation accepting treatm ent at our departm ent from March 2011 to March 2013 w ere selected and random ly divided into experi-m ental group (fum igation w ith Mongolian m edicine of H arulaqi and rehabilitation diaplasis group )and control group (traditional therapy group )w ith 100 cases in each group .The clinical effects after three w eeks of treatm ent and the recurrence rats after one-year follow-up visit w ere analyzed .Results The curative effects of the experim ental group after 3 w eeks of treatm ent w ere obvious w hich w ere higher than the control group ,the long-term recurrence rates w ere significantly low er than that of the control group w ith short recovery tim e,and the differ-ences w ere of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of fum igation w ith Mongolian m edicine of H arulaqi and re-habilitation diaplasis to treat lum bar intervertebral disc herniation is clearly better than the traditional therapyw ith the features of being sim-ple,convenient,cheap,safe and effective.Most patients don't need hospitalization,w hich greatly reduce the social m edical cost and can be w idely used in clinical treatm ent of lum bar intervertebral disc herniation .%目的：观察蒙古族药物“哈如拉齐”熏蒸法结合康复还纳技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法采用临床随机对照研究方法，选取2011-03-2013-03进行治疗的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组(蒙药“哈如拉齐”熏蒸法结合康复还纳技术治疗组)100例和对照组(传统治疗方法组)100例。分析两组患者治疗3周后的临床治疗效果及对随访一年后腰椎间盘突出症患者的复发率进行统计分析。结果实验组治疗3周后的疗效明显，有效率高于对照组，远期的复发率均明显低于对照组，功能恢复时间短，差异均有统计学意义(P值均＜0.05)。结论蒙药“哈如拉齐”熏蒸法结合康复还纳技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效明显优于传统的治疗方法，并且该方法具有“简单、方便、廉价、安全有效”等特色。大部分患者无需住院治疗，大大降低患者社会医疗成本，在腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗方法中具有推广应用的价值。
