子午流注择时穴位敷贴改善老年性骨质疏松症患者膝关节疼痛的效果评价

摘要

目的：探讨子午流注择时穴位敷贴改善老年性骨质疏松症( SOP )患者膝关节疼痛的效果。方法将70例患者随机分为对照组和实验组各35例。对照组实施患处穴位敷贴，实验组实施子午流注择时穴位敷贴。采用简明McGill疼痛评分表( SF-MPQ )评价患者膝关节疼痛的改善效果。结果 SF-MPQ得分组间比较显示：干预后4、8周实验组得分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组内比较显示：两组干预前及干预后4、8周得分差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；进一步两两比较显示：两组干预前后3个时间SF-MPQ得分比较，后一时间点均低于前一时间点，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论子午流注择时穴位敷贴能有效缓解SOP患者的膝关节痛，效果优于常规穴位敷贴，且疗效随时间增加而增强。%Objective To explore the ameliorative effects of time-selecting acupoint application of midnight-midday ebb flow to improve knee pain of sufferers with senile osteoporosis(SOP).Methods 70 patients with SOPwere ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group with 35 patients in each group .The control group adopted the common acupoint application ,while the experimental group adopted time-selecting acupoint application of mid-night-midday ebb flow.Simplified M cG ill Pain Scale (SF-MPQ ) was used to evaluate knee pain improvementof SOPpatients.Results The SF-MPQ scores showed after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group with differences of statistical significance (P<0 .05 ).Comparison within groups showed that the score differences between before intervention and after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention were of statistical significance(P<0.05).Further comparison of every two items showed that the scores of SF-MPQ be-tween the two groups before and after intervention in three different time sections suggested that the latter time section was lower than the former with differences of statistical significance (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion T ime-selecting acupoint application of midnight-midday ebb flowcan relieve knee pain of sufferers with SOP,whose effects are better than common acupoint application ,and the curative effects enhances with time increasing .
