高原特勤疗养人员的情况分析

摘要

Objective T o analyze the status of plateau special service convalescents so as to provide the basis for scientific and reasonable planning .Methods 38 plateau special service officers and soldiers at L intong sanatorium for rehabilitation w ere selected to be given a questionnaire survey and scale test to assess their physical condition .Results Plateau special service officers and soldiers had deacclim atization sym ptom s after they got dow n from the plateau,It w as expected to im prove subjective sym ptom s,increase stam ina,and learn health care prevention m ethods through reha-bilitation .Conclusion A ccording to specific dem ands andphysical condition of the officers and soldiers from different altitudes of the plateau ,w e choose different rehabilitation m ethods for them ,im prove deacclim atization sym ptom s,ad-just the biological rhythm ,im prove the physical and psychological condition and stam ina status,popularize high altitude m edicine know ledge,so as to restore and im prove the ability of plateau m ilitary operations during the period of rehabilitation.%目的：分析高原特勤疗养人员的情况，为科学合理制定方案提供依据。方法选择来临潼疗养院疗养的高原特勤疗养官兵38名，入院后进行问卷调查、量表检测和评估身体情况。结果高原特勤疗养人员刚下高原多伴有脱习服症状，希望通过疗养改善自觉症状，增加体能，学会保健防病方法。结论针对不同海拔高原人员需求及身体情况，人员选择要符合疗养适应证，疗养期间采取改善脱习服症状，调节生物节律，提高生理、心理及体能状况，加强高原医学知识的普及，达到恢复和提高高原军事作业能力的目的。
