高原特勤疗养人员脱习服效果评价研究

摘要

目的：研究高原特勤疗养人员疗养后的脱习服效果。方法将刚下海拔4000 m以上高原赴临潼疗养的38名高原官兵，给予特勤疗养，于入院1 d、15 d、30 d后进行主观问卷调查进行脱习服效果评估。结果疗养15 d脱习服统计学分析无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；疗养30 d与疗养15 d比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，其中有5项主观症状评分(嗜睡、失眠、多梦、胸闷和心慌)差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论高原官兵特勤疗养后脱习服症状改善效果好。%Objective T o study the deacclim atization effect of plateau special service convalescents after rehabilita-tion .Methods 38 plateau special service officers and soldiers w ho had just com e dow n from an altitude of above 4 000 m eters w ere sent to Lintong for special service rehabilitation for 30 days.Subjective sym ptom questionnaire w as conducted on the 1st day of adm ission ,the 15th day and 30th day to evaluate the deacclim atization effect.Results Statistical analysis show ed no clear difference in deacclim atization effect after 15-day rehabilitation(P>0.05),w hile the com parison betw een the results of 15-day and 30-day rehabilitation w as of difference (P<0 .05 ).A nd five subjective sym ptom scores including drow siness,insom nia,dream iness,chest distress,palpitation show ed significant difference in statistical analysis (P<0 .01 ).Conclusion A cclim atization sym ptom s get im proved after rehabilitation am ong plateau special service officers and soldiers.
