目的:了解通用型FiltekTM Z350(7350)和流动型FiltekTM Z350(F350)间的黏结强度.方法:将F350和Z350按照两两组合制备成10mm×1mm×1mm的标准试件,每个试件只有一个位于中间的固化界面,分别为F350和7350(A组),F350和F350(B组),Z350和2350(C组).所有试件在万能试验机上测量微拉伸强度并在体视显微镜下观察试件断裂方式.结果:A组的微拉伸强度明显小于B组和C组(P<0.05),断裂方式以界面断裂为主,而B组和C组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:使用流动树脂会降低复合树脂固化后层间的结合强度.%AIM : To investigate the bonding strength of curing interface between two kinds of TM2350 nano -filled resin composites.METHODS : The standard specimens ( 1Omm × 1mm × 1mm) were prepared, and there was only one cured interface in the middle of each specimen.They were randomly divided into 3 groups : A( 1350+ 2350)and B( F350 + F350) and C( 2350 + 2350).Micro-tensile bonding strengrh ( μTBS) was tested by universal testing machine.Modes of failure were obaerved by stereoscopic light microscopy.RESULTS : the μTBS of group A was lower than group B and C ( P < 0.05 ) , while no difference was observed between group B and group C( P > 0.05 ).The fracture sites of most samples were at the inteface.CONCLUSION : Uaing flowable composite will reduce micm-tensile strength of the curing interface.
