微骨穿刺加速正畸牙齿移动的研究进展

         

摘要

In recent years, accelerating orthodontic tooth movement has been a research hotspot.Surgical orthodontics as an effective method has been the most in-depth study.With the concept of modern minimally invasivesurgery, the future direction of orthodontic development will be focused on speeding up orthodontic tooth movement, reducing surgical trauma and complications and improving postoperative stability.Micro-osteoperforations(MOPs) are a kind of minimally invasive treatment technique that enables rapid movement of the teeth.The technique has the advantages of small surgical wounds, shortening orthodontic treatment time, and the effects are remarkable.But due to the lack of adequate clinical research, it can not be used as a general treatment in clinical practice.This article reviews the history of MOPs technology and the mechanism of accelerating tooth movement, as well as the current status of clinical research.%近年来,加速正畸牙齿移动一直是正畸治疗领域的研究热点.其中,外科手术辅助正畸作为一种有确切疗效的方法研究最为深入.随着现代外科微创化理念的提出,加快正畸牙齿移动,减少手术创伤和并发症及提高术后稳定性将是未来发展的方向.微骨穿刺术(MOPs)是一种能实现牙齿快速移动的微创治疗技术.该技术具有手术创面小,能缩短正畸治疗时间,效果显著等优点.此技术虽有诸多优点,但由于缺乏充分的临床研究,目前尚不能作为一般的治疗方法应用于临床.本文仅就其历史发展、生物学基础理论、研究现状、生物学变化等作一综述.
