基于压力迭代修正的大型冷却塔抗风性能分析

         

摘要

At present, when computing the wind-induced response of the large-scale cooling tower, the obtained wind pressure distribution is imposed on the tower structure to perform structural analysis, and the variety of wind load caused by the deformation of cooling tower is not considered, which may result in some error. In this paper, the analysis of wind-induced responses of the large cooling tower based on the iterative method is studied, in which the advantages of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element method (FEM) are combined in order to improve the accuracy, and the influence of the air inside the tower and the water distribution system on the structural response is discussed. The comparative study between results obtained from the code regulations and the proposed iterative method is conducted, their difference becomes larger with the increment of the average wind speed.%目前,大型冷却塔的抗风性能分析主要把得到的风压分布施加到结构上进行结构计算,没有考虑风载引起的结构变形对风压分布的影响,会产生较大的误差。本文结合计算流体力学与有限元分析的特点,建立了考虑结构变形影响的风压迭代修正模型,进行平均风压下大型冷却塔的抗风性能分析,并讨论了内部空气流动及淋水层的影响。计算结果与规范分析结果进行了比较,表明随着基本风速的增加,迭代分析方法与规范结果的相差逐步增大,规范计算偏于保守。
