实时荧光定量 PCR 技术在病原体快检中的研究进展与应用

摘要

实时荧光定量PCR是在定性PCR技术基础上发展起来的核酸定量技术,它具有特异性强、PCR污染少、自动化程度高等特点。作者就实时荧光定量PCR技术目前在细菌、病毒、环境微生物等病原体领域的快速检测和诊断应用进行了概述。%Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) was a technique of nucleic acid quantification which is developed on the basis of qualitative PCR technique. It has characteristic of strong specificity, less PCR contamination, and high degree automation. In this paper, we made an outline about present real-time PCR technology for rapid detection and diagnostic applications in bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens in the field of environmental microbiology .
