颈脊神经节到颈交感神经节的神经纤维联系在颈性眩晕发病中的意义

         

摘要

目的:研究是否存在从颈脊神经节到颈交感神经节的神经联系,探讨颈性眩晕的发病机制.方法:选取新西兰大白兔70只,随机分为上颈椎组(C2、C3脊神经节组)和下颈椎组(C4、C5、C6脊神经节组)以及相应的对照组.根据分组于相应的脊神经节内注入4%荧光金溶液,动物存活4 d后,切取颈上、下交感神经节行冷冻切片后进行荧光显微镜下观察.结果:(1)上颈椎组在实验侧的颈上交感神经节内发现有荧光显像,对侧颈上交感神经节及双侧颈下交感神经节内未出现荧光显像.(2)下颈椎组在实验侧的颈下交感神经节内发现有荧光显像,对侧颈下交感神经节及双侧颈上交感神经节内未出现荧光显像.结论:从颈脊神经节至颈交感神经节之间存在神经纤维联系,且具有节段性分布规律.%Objective:To investigate the pathologic mechanism of cervical vertigo through studying the nervous connection in cervical spinal ganglia and cervical sympathetic ganglia. Methods: Seventy new-zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the superior cervical spine group, the inferior cervical spine group and the control group. The rabbits' spinal ganglias were injected the fluorogold solution (4%) according to the experiment grouping. After 4 days, the rabbits were killed by perfusion and the sympathetic ganglias were cutted to made into cryosection. The cryosections were observed through the fluorescence. Results: 1. The fluorescent imaging was found in the cervical superior sympathetic ganglia of experiment side in the superior cervical spine group and was not found in the cervical superior sympathetic ganglia of anther side and cervical inferior sympathetic ganglia of both sides. 2. The fluorescent imaging was found in the cervical inferior sympathetic ganglia of experiment side in the inferior cervical spine group and was not found in the cervical inferior sympathetic ganglia of anther side and cervical superior sympathetic ganglia of both sides. Conclusions:There are the nerve fibers connection between the cervical spinal ganglia and cervical sympathetic ganglia, and the nerve fibers connection is segmental distribution.
