鼻内镜下低温等离子刀射频消融术与唇龈沟径路囊肿切除术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效比较

摘要

目的：：比较鼻前庭囊肿患者使用鼻内镜下低温等离子刀射频消融术和唇龈沟径路囊肿切除术的临床效果。方法：将江苏省张家港市中医医院耳鼻喉科2012年1月—2015年1月收治的42例鼻前庭囊肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各21例。对照组患者使用唇龈沟径路囊肿切除术，观察组使用鼻内镜下低温等离子刀射频消融术。比较2组患者手术情况、术后疼痛情况、疗效及并发症等。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后视觉模拟评分及伤口愈合时间均优于对照组(P <0.05)，总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)，并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：鼻内镜下低温等离子刀射频消融术治疗鼻前庭囊肿具有创伤小、操作简单、疗效好等优点，值得临床应用及推广。%Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of low temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation by nasal endoscopy with that of cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.Methods:A total of 42 patients with nasal vestibular cyst,who were admitted to Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during Jan 2012 and Jan 201 5,were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 21 patients in each.The control group received cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach,while the observation group received low tem-perature-controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation by nasal endoscopy.The operation situation,postoperative pain,curative effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operating time,intraoperative blood loss,visual analogue scale,and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were obviously superior to that in the control group (P <0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The complica-tion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:The low temperature-con-trolled plasma radiofrequency ablation by nasal endoscopy holds such advantages as minimal invasion,simple manipulation,good efficacy for the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
