目的 总结胸主动脉瘤的外科治疗经验.方法 2000年9月至2008年11月为15例胸主动脉瘤患者施行外科手术治疗,主动脉瓣及升主动脉人造血管置换1例, Bantall手术7例,Bantall手术加全弓置换加象鼻支架植入2例,主动脉部分弓置换加象鼻支架植入1例,降主动脉瘤切除加人造血管移植1例,胸降主动脉覆膜支架腔内隔绝术3例.结果 全组15例无手术死亡及术后并发症的发生.结论 胸主动脉瘤的外科治疗安全有效,个体化的手术方法是提高疗效的基础.%Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment for patients with thoracic aortic aneurysm who performed operation.Methods Between September 2000 and November 2008,15 patients with surgical treatment were selected,including one undergoing resection of ascending aneurysm with graft and aortic valve replacement,seven in bantall procedure,two with bantall and total arch replacement and elephant trunk technique,one with resection of descending aneurysm,one with partial arch replacement and elephant trunk technique,and three with endovascular graft exclusion.Results There was no operative death and postoperative complications in all the cases.Conclusion The surgical treatment of aortic aneurysm could be safely carried out based on the accurate diagnosis,specific surgical strategy and fine technique.
