Objective To understand the prevalence and main risk factors of chronic noncommimicable diseases among the; staffs of Tibetan Chengban hospital. Methods The health examination results of 1388 staffs in 3 years from 2009 to 2011 were analysed and compared. Results The detection rates of abnormal examination results were 34.49% for abnormality in young group ( less than 45 years old) and 74. 10% in old group ( equal to or more than 45 years old),respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P ＜0.01 ).The prevalence of diagnosed diabetes and newly detected fasting hypergiycemia were not different between male and female ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). The prevalence of other chronic noncommunicable diseases,such as overeeight,dyslipidemia, hypertension,fatty liver disease, abnormal EGG and hyperuricemia were much higher for male than those for female ( P ＜ 0. 01 ), which also were higher in old group than in young group ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion The health situation of hospital staffs was not optimistic,which should be promoted and controlled in time.%目的 了解成都某医院职工慢性非传染性疾病患病情况及主要危险因素.方法 对该院2009年至2011年1388人次职工的健康体检结果进行对照分析.结果 体质量超重,高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、糖尿病、心电图异常、高尿酸血症等检出率较高:≥45岁组明显高于＜45岁组(P＜0.01),男性异常检出率明显高于女性(P＜0.05),但有糖尿病病史和新检出空腹血糖增高者男性与女性差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 医院职工健康状况不容乐观,应及时进行健康干预.
