目的 研究不同年龄段男性Graves病患者骨密度(BMD),探讨甲状腺激素、体质量指数(BMI)与患者BMD的相关性.方法 116例男性甲亢患者,均在入院时检测骨密度和相应指标,随机抽取36例各年龄组健康男性体检时测得的骨密度,进行统计学分析.结果 Graves病骨质疏松好发于桡骨,桡骨BMD与BMI、TSH呈正相关,与游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)呈负相关.结论 男性Graves病患者易发生骨质疏松,并与病情有关.%Objective To study changes of the bone mineral density ( BMD) in different ages oi male pa-lienls with Graves'disease group in different ages of male and compare the incidence of osleoporosis among different age groups, and discuss the correlation between thyroid hormone, body mass index ( BMI) with BMD. Methods 116 cases with Graves'disease and 36 normol cases were selected randomly and the BMD and thyroid function were tested. Results Graves'disease osteoporosis occured mostly in theradial(P <0. 01) . Radius BMD was positively correlated with BMI, TSH, and free iodinegland of the original acid( FT3) , alkaline phosphalase( ALP) was a negalive correlation. Conclusion Male palienls wilh Graves'disease prone to develope osleoprosis. which is relaled to its severity of disease.
