老年冠心病患者经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性和安全性

摘要

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of coronary artery intervention treatment via trans-radial approach for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group (50 cases)and experimental group (50 cases). Through femoral artery to treat CHD of elderly patients in the controls and radial artery to treat CHD of elderly patients in the experimental.The treatment effects and the doses of radiation were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of puncture,puncture time and operation time had significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).The length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of experimental group were superior to the control group (P <0.05),with statistical significance.The vascular complications of experimental group (6.00%)were lower than those in the control group (22.00%).The incidences of serious cardiac adverse events of experimental group (4.00%) were lower than those in the control group (10.00%)(P <0.05),with statistical significance.The difference of radia-tion dose between the two groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion Radial artery approach of cor-onary artery intervention in treating CHD of elderly patients has a better clinical effect without increase the radiation doses.%目的：探讨老年冠心病患者经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性和安全性。方法选取100例老年冠心病患者，根据随机数字表分为对照组（50例）和试验组（50例）。给予对照组患者经股动脉入路行冠状动脉介入治疗，给予试验组患者经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉介入治疗，观察、比较两组患者的治疗结果并比较两者的辐射剂量。结果两组患者的穿刺成功率、穿刺时间、手术时间均差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；试验组的住院时间和住院费用均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；试验组的血管并发症发生率（6．00％）低于对照组（22．00％），但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；试验组的严重心脏不良事件发生率（4．00％）低于对照组（10．00％），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），实验组患者的辐射剂量和对照组无明显增加，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉介入治疗对老年冠心病具有更为良好的临床应用效果好，安全可行，且不增加患者辐射剂量。
