Purpose: To study the relation of helicobacter pylori(HP) and p16、cyclin D1 expression inthe occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Methods: Use S-P immunohistochemistory. Results:In precancerous lesions of the stomach the positive rate of p16 in HP( + )group was lower than in HP( - )group (P<0.01), that of cylin D1 in HP( + ) group was higher than in HP( - ) group(P<0.01). Ingastric carcinoma, positive of p16 in HP( + )group was correlated with degree of differentiation and depthof invasion of gastric cancer, and lower than in HP( - ) group(P<0.05), but there was no signficant difference in positive rate of cyclin D1between HP( + )group and HP( - ) group(P >0.05). Conclusion: Inprecancerous lesions of the stomach, HP infection might induce the inarctivation of tumor suppressor genep16 and activation of oncogene cyclin D1. In gastric carcinoma, HP infection still affected the expression of?.p16, but didn't affected expression of cyclin D1.%目的:探讨胃癌发生、发展过程中幽门螺杆菌(HP)与p16、Cyclin D1基因表达的关系。方法:免疫组化S-P法检测p16、Cyclin D1。结果:在癌前病变中,HP阳性组的p16阳性表达率低于HP阴性组(P<0.01),Cyclin D1阳性表达率高于HP阴性组(P<0.01);在胃癌中HP阳性组的p16阳性表达率与胃癌的浸润、分化程度有关,且低于HP阴性组(P<0.05)。Cyelin D1阳性表达率在HP阳性和阴性组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论:在胃癌前病变阶段,HP可能诱导癌基因p16失活和原癌基因Cyclin D1激活,影响了p16和Cyclin D1的表达,在胃癌中,HP感染对p16表达缺失仍起着重要作用,但不影响Cyelin D1的表达。
