Objective Observed sulfasalazine suppositories combined with traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine treatment groups the clinical efficacy of ulcer colitis. Methods Chinese dialectical treatment group according to classification and clinical performance, divided into three syndromes and give sulfasalazine suppositories and Chinese dialectical treatment,2 times a day, for 6 weeks. Control group received sulfasalazine suppositories, prednisone, gentamicin, metronldazole tablets,2 times a day, for 6 weeks. Results Treatment group with 35 cases, cured 23 cases (65.7％), improved in 10 patients (28.6％) ,ineffective in 2 cases (5.7％) ,and the total effective rate was 94.3％ ;control group with 21 cases,cured 8 cases (38.1％) ,improved in 7 cases(33.3％ ) ,ineffective in 6 cases(28.6％ ) ,the total effective rate was 71.4％. Conclusion In treament group the clinical symptoms of intestinal mucosa and electronic colonoscopy performed significantly better than control group, and reduce the recurrence rate in treatment group.%目的 观察柳氮磺吡啶栓剂联合中药、西药两组治疗溃疡结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 治疗组按照中医辩证分型及临床表现,分为3个证型并给予柳氮磺吡啶栓剂及中医辨证治疗,每日2次,观察6周.对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶栓剂、强的松、庆大霉素、甲哨唑片、每日2次,观察6周.结果 治疗组35例,治愈23例(65.7%),好转10例(28.6%),无效2例(5.7%),总有效33例(94.3%);对照组21例,治愈8例(38.1%),好转7例(33.3%),无效6例(28.6%),总有效15例(71.4%).结论 治疗组的临床症状及电子结肠镜下肠黏膜的表现明显优于对照组,且减少了治疗组的复发率.
