[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of Moluodan combined with vitamin E for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia were randomly divided into two groups.The 60 cases in therapy group was treated with Moluodan and vitamin E.The other 60 cases in the control group were only treated with vitamin E.Both two groups were given continuous medication for 6 months,the clinical symptoms,endoscopic and pathological changes were observed before and after treatment.[Results]In the treatment group,the clinical symptom remission rate was 90.7 ％,the improvement rate of microscopic performance was 87.1 ％,the overall effective rate for low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia was 77.7％;in the control group,it is 69.1％,63.7 ％,54.6％,respectively,and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.01).[Conclusion]It has been found that the clinical efficacy of Moluodan combined with vitamin E in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low-intraepithelial neoplasia is significant.%[目的]探讨摩罗丹联合维生素E对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变的临床疗效.[方法]将120例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变患者随机分成2组,A组60例予摩罗丹加维生素E治疗,B组60例仅给予维生素E治疗,2组均连续服药6个月,观察2组治疗前后的临床症状、内镜及病理形态学的变化情况.[结果]A组的临床症状缓解率是90.7％、内镜下表现好转率是87.1％、对低级别上皮内瘤变的总有效率是77.7％,B组分别是69.1％、63.7％、54.6％,2组比较均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]摩罗丹联合维生素E治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变临床疗效显著.
