消化内科营养护理质量指标的建立及应用

         

摘要

[Objective]To investigate the effect of nutritional nursing quality indicators on improving the quality of nutritional nursing in gastroenterology.[Methods]Using the nursing quality evaluation indicator research methodology to establish the nutritional nursing quality evaluation indicators which include nutritional screening and assessment of accuracy,nutritional intervention effectiveness,nutritional status of dynamic observation time rate,nutritional care record pass rate,and nutrient management satisfaction.The indicators were applied to manage the quality of nutritional nursing in gastroenterology,and comparing the indicators at the time of implementation (December 2015)and one year after implementation (December 2016).[Results]The accuracy rate of nutrition screening and evaluation were 80.6% and 92.7% respectively before implementation and one year after implementation.The effective rates of nutritional intervention were 84.0% and 94.0% respectively.The rates of timely dynamic observation of nutritional status were 78.7% and 92.0% respectively.The qualified rates of nutritional nursing records were 80.0% and 93.5% respectively.The nutrition support team building efficiency was 84.0% and 95.3% respectively.The satisfaction of nutrition management was 88.0% and 96.0% respectively.Comparing the results before and after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant (both P < 0.01).[Conclusion] Applying nutrition nursing quality index to the nutrition nursing management of gastroenterology can standardized and normalized the nutrition nursing service in gastroenterology,which improve the nutritional status of the patient and the quality level of nutrition nursing.%[目的]探讨营养护理质量指标在提高消化内科营养护理质量中的作用.[方法]以护理质量评价指标为研究方法,建立包括营养筛查与评定准确率、营养干预有效率、营养状况动态观察及时率、营养护理记录合格率、营养支持团队建设有效性、营养管理满意度共6项营养护理质量评价指标.运用这6项指标对消化内科的营养护理质量进行管理,并比较这6项指标在实施时(2015年12月)和实施1年后(2016年12月)的情况.[结果]实施时和实施1年后的营养筛查与评定准确率分别为80.6%、92.7%,营养干预有效率分别为84.0%、94.0%,营养状况动态观察及时率分别为78.7%、92.0%,营养护理记录合格率分别为80.0%、93.5%,营养支持团队建设的有效率分别为84.0%、95.3%,营养管理满意度分别为88.0%、96.0%;实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).[结论]将营养护理质量指标运用于消化内科的营养护理管理,使消化内科的营养护理服务规范化、标准化,从而改善患者的营养状况,有助于提高营养护理的质量水平.
